The room upgrade we received upon arrival was a lovely surprise. The renovated and spacious room was very comfortable. The staff were friendly and professional, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. The pool was a hit with the kids!
We experienced a delay in breakfast service on our second day, but the manager promptly addressed the issue and provided us with alternative food while we waited. It would have been helpful to receive the information about the delay earlier to manage our kids' expectations.

The location of the hotel was perfect, with easy access to taxis and plenty of eateries around. The views from my room were fantastic, offering a amazing vista of the surroundings.
The room was quite dated and could have done with a makeover. The outdated decor took away from the overall experience.

The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. They made us feel welcome and ensured our stay was comfortable. The room we stayed in was spacious and had a wonderful old charm to it, making it feel like a home away from home. The hotel facilities, especially the pool, were great and the location was perfect for us. We enjoyed strolling along the beach and exploring the surrounding restaurants. The breakfast selection was excellent, with plenty of options including gluten-free choices. The staff were very good too accommodate our needs.

The location of this hotel is fantastic, with a beautiful beach just across the road. There are also plenty of restaurants nearby, making it convenient for dining out. I was pleased to learn that a refurbishment is planned, which shows that the hotel is committed to improving its facilities. The rooms are spacious and well-equipped, with a separate sitting area in some cases. The breakfast offers a wide range of options, including a chobani yogurt bar.
The hotel has some cosmetic issues, such as peeling wallpaper and dated carpets.

We loved our stay at this hotel – it's in a perfect location right across from a beautiful beach on Bay Street with easy access to everything. The staff were amazing and made sure that we had everything we needed, from room service to car hire to dry cleaning and more. The room was great too, with everything we needed to be comfortable and happy during our stay.
